All of our jewellery is hand crafted and therefore not produced before you order. Due to the nature of the product, stone colour and size of beads may vary. If we cannot produce the piece you have ordered without noticeable difference, you will be contacted to discuss the changes.
Ordering
No contract of sale between Designs By Belle exist, unless we confirm your order and payment via e-mail.
If there is a problem with your order, you will be notified in the first instance by telephone. If we cannot reach you, an e-mail will be sent.
We aim to ensure all descriptions and measurements of products are as accurate as possible. Every effort is made to provide you with images which are of a good representation of the product. However, colours and size may vary due to the lighting, photography process or availability.
Design By Belle products are only available to purchase online and at events we attend.
Shipping
All bespoke jewellery is shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery two to four weeks from order date. Please e-mail us if you require the items sooner and we try and fulfill your request.
If you would like us to deliver the parcel to an alternative address, please state this at the check out or send an e-mail.
If you are overseas, please contact us via email to enquire about shipping and payment method.
We are not responsible for any custom charges and related fees.
All beadwork is shipped by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and costs £3.00 for all orders weighing up to 500g

You can pay for your order with all paypal methods and we will contact you after your order has been placed to confirm. We will also accept money orders or cheques. Please note in either case, that your item wll not be shipped until payment has been received.
Returns
All beadwork may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in its original condition, for exchange or credit on future orders. Please ensure that you contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your goods if you would like to return them. Please note, we are unable to exchange or refund earrings due to hygiene reasons. No refunds will be given for shipping costs. Due to the bespoke nature of the silver work, returns are not possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 7 days of placement of your order.
Guarantee
Designs By Belle take great pride in the creation of jewellery and wants you to be hapy with your purchase. Designs By Belle will repair or replace any piece of jewellery that was deemed defective, for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
